Mentor network

Young people don't just need information. They need people who are willing to walk alongside them.

Phenomenon210 is building a mentor network across technology, entrepreneurship, media, education, career development, and community leadership.

Who mentors are

People with something real to share, and the steadiness to keep showing up.

Mentors are professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, educators, technologists, and community leaders. You do not need a formal background in youth development—we prepare and support you.

Commitment

  • Expect a light, consistent rhythm—typically a few hours per month.
  • Commitments are matched to your availability and mentoring format.
  • Project and event mentoring can be short-term and seasonal.
  • Specific hours and cohort dates are confirmed during onboarding.
