Tampa, Florida

Expanding to Brandon, Fl

Phenomenon is an approach to career and educational development that focuses on holistic health and leadership development.

Through events, peer-led virtual programs and our hub of community partners we connect students with the resources that they need to become our communities’ entrepreneurs, artists and leaders.

We make these resources accessible especially to students who are at risk of falling through the cracks of traditional career and educational development systems. We focus on middle and high school students because Between the ages of ten and twelve, a child is able to identify self and a generalized perspective for ethnic groupings. Between twelve and fifteen a child's worldview starts to be determined by the culture they bond and identify with. By age 15 a child will begin to self identify and make behavioral choices based on their perception of who they are.

During the 2024/25 school year in August, we will host the Back to School Bash in Brandon, FL to begin our work with students in the Tampa Bay area. Use this space to communicate important messages with people

within businesses and offices. It can contain short messages and announcements formatted according to a certain style that the company has determined.

The Back to School Bash serves as an annual initiative aimed at urban youth across K-12, designed to not only provide essential school supplies but also to empower them as future leaders within their communities.

This event serves as a catalyst for fostering a sense of agency and responsibility among young individuals, equipping them with the tools and support needed to thrive academically and emerge as influential voices within their neighborhoods. Through this holistic approach, the Back to School Bash embodies a commitment to nurturing leadership and fostering positive change from within.

Summarize them, if needed, by the end of your message. Make sure the text is clear and easy to read. However, you can include a few relevant photos and captions. Another idea is to use your brand colors to align with your mission. Lastly, finalize your template so that it’s ready to use anytime.
